I'm not sure if I remembered you saying this footage isn't yours, but the sound is? In that case, the sound could be cleaned up somehow so there's not wind static.
The background sounds are very natural and pure. It gives a very nice indication of what it is like to be there. Maybe try to negate the sound of the wind howling in the background.
like the unclearness of it. and ireally like how that really allows focus on the sound and simple movements of the wind.... maybe cut down length for message?
you mentioned that this wasn't your footage in which case you could get some really cool shots on your own. If you could get a decent sound recording this would be great.
